Disclosures Under the Payment Services Act

Paid Star Core in the game "Stella Orbs" is a prepaid payment instrument (self-issued type) as defined in the Act on Payment Services (the Payment Services Act). The following disclosures are made in accordance with that Act.

Name of the prepaid payment instrument	Paid Star Core (Stella Orbs)
Issuer	UAJ (the operator of UAJ Studio; an individual) The name and address will be disclosed without delay upon request.
Payable amount, etc.	Paid Star Core is granted in the quantity purchased in the shop (¥4.9 per unit; for the price of each product, see the Notation Based on the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions). The Star Core granted together with a purchase is free Star Core and is not included in paid Star Core. The maximum amount of paid Star Core that one account can hold is 999,999.
Period of validity	There is no period of validity.
Where it can be used	It can be used for the features that use Star Core in the game "Stella Orbs" of the Service (UAJ Studio), such as recruiting new characters, continuing, and expanding the character box.
How to check the unused balance	When you select Star Core on the "Items" screen of Stella Orbs, your paid Star Core balance is displayed as "Paid ◯ / Free ◯." It is also displayed on the shop screen.
Precautions for use	When Star Core is used, free Star Core obtained in the game (including that granted together with a purchase) is used first, and paid Star Core is used for any shortfall. Free Star Core granted together with a purchase is not eligible for a refund. Except where required by law, paid Star Core cannot be refunded. Paid Star Core cannot be transferred or sold to another account. If you delete your account (withdraw from the Service), any unused paid Star Core is forfeited and cannot be refunded. If a purchase is canceled at the payment processor (refund or chargeback), the corresponding paid Star Core and the free Star Core granted with that purchase will be deducted. If there is not enough free Star Core, the shortfall is also deducted from paid Star Core. If there is not enough paid Star Core, the balance becomes negative, and Star Core cannot be used while the balance is negative. Minors must obtain the consent of a parent or guardian before making a purchase. There is an upper limit on the amount that can be purchased in one month, set for each age category. If the provision of the Service is ended, unused paid Star Core will be refunded in accordance with the Payment Services Act and other laws and regulations (the method and period will be announced at the time of termination).
Inquiries (contact for complaints and consultations)	Accepted through the feedback page.
Terms of Service	The handling of paid Star Core is also set out in the Terms of Service (Article 12).
